Payments and Service Contracts

Payment Terms: For any nursing or healthcare service contract, 50% of the total fee is due at the start of the service. The remaining 50% is payable at the end of the one-month contract period.
Payment Reminders: If the initial 50% is not paid, we will first send a reminder email, followed by a phone call from our accounting team to assist or guide you in completing the payment.
Service Cancellation: If payments are not made, we reserve the right to terminate nursing support immediately.

Booking and Cancellations

Cancellation Notice: We require a 4-hour notice for ad-hoc bookings and a 24-hour notice for long-term or monthly contract cancellations.
Nurse Uniforms: Nurses will wear their uniform unless a special request is approved by the nurse manager for family reasons.
Nurse Replacement: We may replace a nurse during any long-term contract, ensuring the substitute nurse meets our high standards and ensuring a smooth and professional transition.

Service Scope and Standards

Clinical Assessment: We will assess whether the patient’s condition is within our scope of home nursing care. If not, we will refer you to additional or advanced healthcare services.
Nurse Conduct: Our nurses are healthcare professionals—not domestic helpers. They must not be subjected to any form of abuse. Their duties include newborn care, childcare, and professional nursing care only.
